EUA is relocating its De Pere office to a second-floor suite in the Titletown Fitness Building in March.
“While we’ve enjoyed our time in De Pere, the new space will allow us to enhance our client and employee experiences,” said EUA Vice President Doug Page. “We thrive on collaboration and creatively elevating the unique potential of those we serve. The new space in Titletown will advance this purpose and our pursuit of design excellence.”
The strategic move to Titletown is rooted in EUA’s values of being embedded in the communities we serve.
“All our office locations are immersed in the hearts of their cities – Atlanta, Denver, Madison, and Milwaukee – and now we’re joining one of the most vibrant districts in Green Bay,” said EUA President Kristin Dufek. “These areas are optimal bases for serving our clients and communities, supporting business partners, and attracting and retaining talent.”
EUA partnered with the Green Bay Packers, an ongoing client, to design a new two-story multitenant building currently under construction. The Packers own the Titletown community development, just west of Lambeau Field.
The new office is designed to support team-based projects and features an open-concept plan with multiple conference rooms. The flexible space can adapt to accommodate the team’s needs. A versatile breakroom with a private patio offers space for both work and socializing, and there is a separate presentation room with a nearly 14-foot glass facade overlooking Titletown and Lambeau Field.
