Manufacturing First slated for late October at KI CENTER
Mark your calendars for Manufacturing First, set for Oct. 25 and 26 at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay.
The event, presented by First Business alongside the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing
Alliance and Insight Publications, provides Wisconsin manufacturers with hands-on opportunities to grow their businesses. It is designed for them to showcase industry advances, highlight successes, announce the latest developments and provide premiere networking opportunities.
This year’s event features keynote speaker Bill Taylor, a writer, speaker and entrepreneur. In his talk, Taylor plans to draw on themes and case studies from his latest book, “Simply Brilliant,” to explain how great organizations do ordinary things in extraordinary ways.

WMC Policy Day 2017 set for August
Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce will hold its annual Policy Day Aug. 16 in Madison. The event includes local, state and federal legislative updates. Policy Day features general session speakers and four breakout tracks each on tax, human resources, and energy and environmental policy.
