As Wisconsin employers continue to grapple with a persistent workforce shortage that threatens both competitiveness and economic stability, Child Care Resource & Referral and Family Friendly Workplaces are joining forces to host a roundtable discussion aimed at addressing these challenges head-on.
The event will take place Nov. 3 at theĀ Child Care Resource & Referral Office, 1001 W. Kennedy Ave., Kimberly. Doors open at 7:30 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at 8 a.m.
Attendees will gain valuable insights from CCR&R and featured speaker Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. Kline will present on the long-term human resources shortage affecting Wisconsin businesses and share innovative, family-friendly strategies designed to enhance workforce sustainability and organizational resilience.
This interactive roundtable will include time for questions and open discussion, providing a platform for leaders to exchange ideas and explore actionable solutions.
