New hires
Bayland Buildings has hired Frank Ellefson as project executive serving southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Bayland also has hired Scot Daul as project manager, Ben Moon as architectural drafter, and Shane Andrews as superintendent.
On Broadway, Inc. has added four staff members, including: Carrie Williams as special events manager; Fatma Letifi as DEI coordinator; Laura Braun Gilsoul as office manager and Mary Rhode as director of marketing. Additionally, Brooke Hafs will pivot to a full-time role as director of development.
Amy Yang has joined the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as its new people and culture specialist. She provides human resources services and also will improve coaching and development opportunities and support the foundation’s culture improvement.
Kundinger announced the hiring of Courtney Castelic, Chandler Everix and Kostiantyn Kari. Castelic is joining Kundinger as an outside sales/territory sales manager. Everix is an administrative assistant, and Kari is an assembly technician.
Keller Inc. announced the following hires: Ethan Duchatea, Isaac Sidoff, Elijah Lange and Dane Czerwinski as building craftsmen; Tom Mortell as project manager.
The Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation announced the hiring of Kimberly Massey as the new northeast regional director covering the Fox Valley and surrounding area.
H.J. Martin and Son has hired Craig Pryes as the company’s newest shipping and receiving coordinator for its doors and hardware division.
The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce announced the addition of Ashlynn Schreiner as marketing and communications coordinator. The chamber also announced the promotion of Connie Carmical to the position of member relations coordinator.
The Greater Green Bay Chamber announced the addition of Annika Osell as member engagement manager.
Prevea Health welcomed Megan Ritchay, a neuropsychologist now caring for patients in Green Bay. Ritchay specializes in neuropsychological assessments; consultation and testing; and concerns such as memory changes, language problems and cognitive changes associated with brain diseases.
Promotions
Envision Greater Fond du Lac recently promoted Lisa McArthur to vice president of economic development. McArthur has been with Envision Greater Fond du Lac since its inception in 2017 and was formerly a team member at the Association of Commerce before it merged to create Envision Greater Fond du Lac.
Jamie O’Brien and Lucy Arendt have been named co-directors for the Center for Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College. O’Brien and Arendt will take over for Dean Stewart, who resigned in September after leading the CEL for five years.
Margaret Brill, previously director of the EAA Aviation Foundation, has been promoted to vice president of the foundation. She joined the EAA Aviation Foundation in 2020 as a major gift officer and was named director of the foundation in December 2021. In her new role, Brill will be a member of EAA’s senior leadership team.
Mat Stern has become Standard Electric Supply Co.’s chief operating officer.
Hurckman Mechanical Industries Inc. announced that Pat Newell has been promoted to senior project manager and Greg Kuhn has been promoted to senior plumbing estimator. Newell has been part of the project management team since September 2016. Kuhn joined HMI in June 2023.
Bank First announced the promotion of several team members. Vince Cameranesi will be president of the south region covering Cambridge, Cedarburg, Pardeeville, Poynette, Watertown and surrounding markets. Glenn Curran will be president in the central region covering Iola, Shawano, Waupaca, Wautoma and surrounding areas. Aaron Faulkner will be northeast region president, covering Brown and Door counties as well as the surrounding area. Brad Rahmlow will be president in Bank First’s west region and responsible for overseeing and growing Bank First’s agricultural banking business unit.
Secura Insurance promoted two company leaders: Christine Cousineau, senior vice president and chief financial officer; and Dan Ferris, senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary. Cousineau joined Secura in October 2021 as vice president and chief financial officer. Ferris joined Secura in 1990 and in 2006 was named vice president and general counsel.
First Business Bank announced Lindsay Meyer’s promotion to assistant vice president II – treasury management. Meyer works with clients in the Northeast Wisconsin market as a certified treasury professional with more than 15 years of banking experience.
Paula Haferman has been promoted to partner at Hawkins Ash CPAs. Haferman has more than 29 years of experience in public and private accounting and has worked with clients across multiple industries.
Awards
David G. Voss Jr., president and CEO of Miron Construction Co., Inc., was recently awarded the Gus A. Zuehlke Distinguished Service Award as part of the Fox Cities Chamber’s 2023 Lifetime Achievement Awards. Voss also was named a 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100 by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli LLP.
Unity registered nurses Kevin Nasal and Gina Vandehei were honored as Daisy Award recipients.
SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac has awarded its quarter three Be Exceptional Everyday Awards. Recipients are: Bridget Falk, diabetes services, SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital; Bridgette Flier, dialysis center, SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital; Leah Harder, chiropractic care, SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic; Kristin Kohlman, occupational/physical therapy, SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital; Renee Meyer, lead pharmacy technician, SSM Health Pharmacy; and Luke Schaefer, clinical partner II, SSM Health Ripon Community.
Young Professionals of Fond du Lac has announced its Future 5 Award recipients. Transitions
Lakeshore Technical College Vice President of Student Success Polly Abts has retired after 31 years at the school. Abts joined Lakeshore as the college’s business and marketing receptionist in 1990. During her career, Abts completed her bachelor’s degree in business management and her master’s in education with a focus on training and performance improvement. In 2018, Lakeshore President Paul Carlsen selected her for the role from which she retired.
