NAI Pfefferle, one of Wisconsin’s largest commercial real estate firms, expanded into the Greater Milwaukee market effective Jan. 1. The firm, a division of Pfefferle Companies, Inc., has offices in Appleton, Green Bay, Sheboygan and Wausau.
Walsworth, a family-owned printing company based in Marceline, Missouri, announced that it acquired Documation and renamed it Walsworth – Eau Claire. Walsworth has eight facilities, including one in Ripon.
BEAMING Inc., a leader in equine-assisted services for more than two decades, has purchased a property located in the town of Vinland near Neenah after 14 years of renting and three years of subletting to Rawhide Youth Services. Programs at the ranch are led by Clinical Director Janet Hagen and CEO Katie Samuelson, supported by board members and a team of certified PATH and Spirit Horse staff.

Bergstrom Automotive announced its acquisition of Lexus of Madison. It is Bergstrom’s second Lexus dealership, with the other located in Appleton. It also is the company’s 40th car dealership in Wisconsin and fifth in Madison.
EUA will relocate its De Pere office to a second-floor suite in the Titletown Fitness Building in March. EUA partnered with the Green Bay Packers, an ongoing client, to design a new two-story multitenant building currently under construction. The new office features an open-concept plan with multiple conference rooms. A versatile break room with a private patio offers space for both work and socializing, and there is a separate presentation room with a nearly 14-foot glass facade overlooking Titletown and Lambeau Field.
The Green Bay Packers announced the Packers Athletic Club, a members-only fitness club, will open in Titletown in the spring. The Packers Athletic Club will be housed in Titletown’s newest building, just east of the U.S. Venture Center, adjacent to Titletown’s football field, with the PAC occupying the building’s first floor and the southern half of the second floor.
M3 Insurance, a Madison-based insurance, risk management and employee benefits provider, has expanded into Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with a new office in Escanaba.

Construction
Bayland Buildings, Green Bay, completed a 3,500-square-foot retail store for Mr Golf, located in Bellevue. This new building is situated next door to the golf range. It features a full retail floor, three golf simulators and office space.
Grants
A $49,979 grant recently awarded to the HSHS Wisconsin Clinical Research Institute by the St. Baldrick’s Foundation will help HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital, Green Bay, provide more patients access to pediatric cancer clinical trials.
At a town hall meeting, Acuity Insurance employees determined the distribution of $500,000 among six different charitable organizations. Those organizations included Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation; Fresh Meals on Wheels; Mental Health America; Safe Harbor; The Salvation Army; and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice. Based on employee votes, Mental Health America – Lakeshore received the largest allocation, more than $170,000. The other five groups each received donations ranging from nearly $45,000 to more than $90,000.

Lakeshore College has received formal notification by the Higher Learning Commission that the college’s accreditation status has been continued. Lakeshore College’s participation in Gallagher’s 2024 U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey resulted in the college getting recognized for a second consecutive year as a Best-in-Class Employer.
Brown County United Way announced a $150,000 reinvestment in its community schools initiative for the 2024-2025 school year, expanding its impact to two schools: Howe Elementary Community School and Nicolet Elementary School.
