FifthColor announced a 35,000-square-foot expansion of its Sheboygan Falls headquarters.

The project will bring the facility to 85,000 square feet, add new jobs, and expand the company’s ability to deliver marketing, creative, and large-scale brand experiences nationwide. Construction begins in September 2025, with completion expected in February 2026. Quasius Construction based in Sheboygan has been named the general contractor, with subcontractors to be announced as the project progresses.

“This expansion is more than a bigger building, it’s a statement about where we’re headed,” said Justin Webb, owner and chief executive officer of FifthColor. “We’re scaling our creative, fabrication, and marketing capabilities to set a new standard for how brands connect with audiences.”

The project will create new management, creative, and production roles in Sheboygan Falls, as well as convert seasonal positions into permanent jobs.

The expansion strengthens FifthColor’s ability to support brands such as Champs, FootLocker, and Carbliss.
