Corey Chambas has retired as chief executive officer of First Business Bank and Dave Seiler, who served as president and chief operating of First Business Financial Services, Inc. since 2023 and COO since 2016, was named president and CEO.

Chambas joined First Business Bank in 1993 and was named CEO of its parent company in 2006. During his two decades at the helm, the company grew into an over $4 billion publicly traded financial services organization.

Chambas was recognized for his contributions to Wisconsin’s business community, including being named 2025 Wisconsin Banker of the Year by the Wisconsin Bankers Association and 2026 Banker of the Year by BankBeat. He remains a board member of both First Business Financial Services, Inc. and First Business Bank.

Seiler joined First Business Financial Services, Inc. in 2016 and brings more than 30 years of financial services experience, including prior leadership at BMO Harris Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and business administration and a master’s degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
