First Business Bank announced the promotion of Travis Froze to president of its Northeast Wisconsin Market.

Froze has more than 20 years of commercial banking experience in the Fox Valley area, serving primarily family owned businesses and closely held companies of all sizes. He puts clients first by listening and taking genuine interest in their business.
Born and raised in the Fox Cities, Froze currently serves on the Volunteer Fox Cities Board and on the Bay Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America Executive Board of Directors. He previously served on the YMCA of the Fox Cities Corporate Board and the Fox Cities Chamber Board, where he served as Treasurer from 2017-2019. In addition, Froze has served on the Bergstrom Mahler Museum Board and the Fox Valley Technical College Foundation Board. Froze has bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
