First Tee Northeast Wisconsin has a new executive director.

Brooke Hafs brings nearly 15 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing, public relations, and fundraising to the organization with her most recent role as the vice president of donor engagement at On Broadway, Inc. She also has a proven track record of building strong relationships and spent nearly a decade in TV Broadcast at NBC26.

“We are thrilled to welcome Brooke as our new executive director,” said Peter Andrews, board president of First Tee Northeast Wisconsin. “Her passion for youth development, combined with her professional experience and collaborative leadership style, make her the ideal person to lead First Tee Northeast Wisconsin forward.”

In her new role, Hafs will oversee strategic planning, operations, programming, and fundraising with an emphasis on strengthening community partnerships.

“This is an exciting new chapter in my career and I am thrilled to be taking on a leadership role with such an admirable nonprofit in the region,” said Hafs, executive director of First Tee Northeast Wisconsin. “This organization’s mission captured my attention immediately. Through the game of golf, we can make a real impact teaching the younger generation critical life skills they can take with them into adulthood.”

Fist Tee Northeast Wisconsin is youth development nonprofit organization whose mission is to impact the lives of young people in Northeast Wisconsin by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through golf.
