Looking back, what personal experiences or milestones have had the greatest influence on your professional success?

It’s been a mix of great people, grit, and gut-checks. My parents taught me early that showing up matters; doing the right thing matters more. My wife, Angela, has been a huge influence too. You take bigger swings when someone’s got your back like she does.

What has been the most rewarding part of your professional journey so far?

Building something real, with people I genuinely care about. Our team isn’t just coworkers; it’s brothers, cousins, in-laws, friends, and friends of friends. We’re built on referrals and trust.  Together, we’ve created a place where people want to come to work.

What advice would you give to others looking to make a difference in their communities?

Hire local and give someone their first shot.

What’s a failure or setback you experienced that ended up being a stepping stone to something greater?

Thinking I could do everything myself, that working harder would fix all of the problems. I’ve realized I have to let go to grow. Trust others and it will set the stage for real growth and a stronger company.

What legacy do you hope to leave, both in your career and in your community?

I hope my legacy is that I truly cared about people, that I provided an opportunity for them to earn more than they ever thought they could, and that they are proud of the work they do. I’m not building this for me; it’s so others can win too.
