Looking back, what personal experiences or milestones have had the greatest influence on your professional success?
The perspective shift of taking ownership and control of my actions and thoughts. Controlling what I can and letting go of the things I cannot.
What has been the most rewarding part of your professional journey so far?
Watching the growth and potential of individuals. Believing in them and seeing their future come true in front of their eyes, even though you saw the possibilities a long time ago.
Can you share one of the most significant challenges you’ve faced in your career and how you overcame it?
Anxiety and stress. Two things changed this: my perspective and my religion. I change what I can change, always trying my hardest to accomplish every task, and I always pray for the best path to be shown to me.
What advice would you give to others looking to make a difference in their communities?
The best feeling in the world is giving back and helping people in times of struggle. It surpasses even the greatest accomplishments anyone can achieve.
Is there anything else you would like to share?
Chasing monetary gains will only lead to emptiness inside. True happiness and passion are built around what is organic, and easily enjoyed by you. Chase your passion and monetary gain will follow more than ever imagined.
