Envision Greater Fond du Lac launched the IGNITE Rural business accelerator program with a cohort of 10 Fond du Lac County businesses.

Over the course of five weeks, participants of IGNITE Rural will receive expert guidance through comprehensive workshops led by Envision Greater Fond du Lac. At the end of the 5-week course,
participants will pitch their business propositions to a panel of judges.
The public is invited to attend the final pitch event Nov. 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Waupun High School Auditorium (LGI Room). First place will be awarded $30,000 to invest in their business. Second place will be awarded a $20,000 investment.
The acclerator is hosted by IGNITE Small Business & Startup Success, a program of Envision Greater Fond du Lac and funded through Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation grants.
