Jamie and Tony Popp, based in Appleton, are launching the title edibleNEW by MK Publishers Limited in June.
The magazine is part of Edible Communities LLC stable of James Beard award-winning food culture publications, joining more than 80 magazine titles across the country. The magazine aligns with national publishing guidelines and standards as part of a network of magazines. Each title is owned by local small businesses engaged in the food culture community.
It will publish seasonally June through October this year and is scheduled for 12,000 print copies to be distributed across 40 locations in eight counties.
It will feature news and profiles and people and places as well as recipes and features on food, drinks and ingredients.
