Former Oshkosh city manager joins McMahon

A well-known public official with more than 40 years of experience has joined McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm.

Mark Rohloff, who recently retired as Oshkosh City Manager after 16 years, will be a manager in the Public Safety and Municipal Management Division.

“Our division provides a wide range of services, from public safety and emergency management to municipal staffing recruitment assistance and organizational analysis— all aimed at strengthening and supporting local communities,” said Jeff Roemer, also a manager in the McMahon Public Safety and Municipal Management division. “Mark’s leadership and expertise will help us continue to deliver innovative solutions that not only meet the unique needs of our clients but also help communities thrive.”

Prior to his role with the city of Oshkosh, Rohloff served as town administrator of Grand Chute, city administrator of city of Berlin, assistant city manager of Rancho Palos Verdes, California and a senior budget analyst for the city of Long Beach, California. His resume totals more than 40 years of professional experience in local government in major areas of municipal services including finance, human resources, labor relations, economic and community development, public works and utilities.
