Registration is now open for the next sessions of the Fox Cities Chamber’s groundbreaking leadership program – “Leader Lab: Linking Organizational Culture and Leadership.”
More than 60 participants have completed the program.
Leader Lab is a leadership training resource designed to impact employees at all levels and across all industries. Participants do not need to hold a leadership position. It is comprised of a combination of seven in-person sessions and a series of short video modules. Videos will be watched in class as well as in between classes then discussed at the in-person sessions. Topics include: Mission, Culture and Excellence; Growth; High Standards; Dealing with Duds; Decision Making; Dealing with Conflict and Fun in the Workplace.
Participants have the opportunity to choose from two class locations – either at the Fox Cities Chamber, or in Calumet County.
Classes will be held at the Fox Cities Chamber, 125 N. Superior St., Appleton, from 9 – 10:30 a.m., Oct. 9, 16, 22 and 30, and Nov. 6, 13 and 20. All classes are held on Thursdays, except for Oct. 22, which is a Wednesday.
A separate series of classes will be held in Calumet County at the Calumet County Courthouse and Fox Valley Tech, Chilton Regional Center. Classes will be held from 9 – 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27, and Nov. 3, 10 and 17. All classes are held on Mondays.
