Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity announced it has received a $50,000 match opportunity provided by an anonymous supporter. All gifts made to Fox Cities Habitat will be matched up to $50,000 through the end of 2023.

“There is nothing quite like the feeling of having a home for the holidays, and we know through our work how difficult that is to attain for a vast population in our community,” said president and CEO of Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity, John Weyenberg. “That’s why we are so grateful to everyone in our community who chooses to support our mission with a year-end gift, and especially the anonymous donor who is matching those gifts and doubling their impact. Each donation provides assistance for services that support affordable homeownership, creating a sense of belonging that ripples throughout the entire community.”

Fox Cities Habitat makes an impact on the region every year and it is all made possible through community donations. Fox Cities Habitat has helped more than 50 families with home repairs or homeownership in 2023. In fact, Fox Cities Habitat just helped its 300th family achieve the dream of homeownership this year. If you look at Fox Cities Habitat’s overall impact to the community since its inception in 1993, the number would be astronomical because homeownership is a gift that keeps on giving for generations.

The work of Fox Cities Habitat is made possible through many generous community sponsors. To learn more about the Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity, call 920-954-8702 or visit foxcitieshabitat.org.
