In Northeast Wisconsin, Fox Communities Credit Union is redefining what it means to be a community partner. With a mission-driven approach and a deep belief in the power nonprofits bring to our communities, Fox is investing in organizations that make a difference every day, empowering them not only with financial support but with meaningful collaboration.
Fox’s commitment begins with innovation. Recognizing the unique needs of nonprofits, Fox created a specialized checking account tailored to their evolving demands. But their impact goes far beyond banking.
One of Fox’s most exciting new partnerships is with the Donald Driver Foundation, bringing Driver’s beloved Turkey Trot event — traditionally held in Milwaukee — into Northeast Wisconsin for at least the next three years. This inaugural expansion into Appleton is expected to provide hundreds of local families with holiday meal vouchers, winter items and other essential support. The partnership reflects Fox’s commitment to creating lasting, community-centered collaborations that deliver meaningful impact where it’s needed most.
Fox’s generosity is felt year-round through annual drives like Coats for Kids and Toys for Tots, as well as newer efforts like the Royal Rump Rumble diaper collection and the Toppling Hunger cereal drive.
At the heart of Fox’s giving is the Fox Cares Foundation, established in 2016 to support housing stability, food security and access to the arts. In 2024 alone, the foundation granted more than $160,000 to 31 nonprofits across the region.

Fox’s signature event, Bike to the Beat, exemplifies community collaboration. With 100% of registration fees donated back to the community — totaling more than $568,000 to date — this music-filled ride draws nearly 3,000 participants annually and is supported by donations from more than 30 local businesses.
Fox’s team members are equally committed. In 2025, they’ve already volunteered over 6,550 hours, with 57% of team members participating. Eleven team members have even surpassed 100 hours each. Every team member receives paid volunteer time, and, new in 2025, Fox introduced a Donation Doubler program to amplify personal giving by matching individual donations.
Fox also cares for its own through its Fox Family Fund, offering support to team members facing financial hardship — ensuring they feel valued and secure.
“At Fox, we believe that true impact in our communities comes from rolling up our sleeves and working alongside the organizations that serve our neighbors,” said Fox Communities Credit Union President and CEO Chris Allen. “We’re proud to invest in partnerships that go beyond dollars — because when nonprofits are empowered, our communities become stronger.”
