Foxgate Technology Group, Kimberly, has acquired Corporate Network Solutions, Inc., bringing together two established Fox Valley technology providers with more than 50 years of combined industry experience.
Foxgate Technology Group was formed from the Managed IT and Professional Services division of HawkPoint Technologies and further strengthened through the acquisition of CNSI. Foxgate is locally owned and operated from the Heart of the Fox Valley, serving businesses throughout Wisconsin.
Clients of both companies will continue working with the same trusted teams they know, while gaining access to expanded technical capabilities, improved operational resources, and a larger support organization.
Over the last year, Foxgate leadership invested heavily in designing and implementing a modernized service delivery platform focused on improving cybersecurity, efficiency, responsiveness, and long-term client outcomes. The acquisition of CNSI also significantly strengthens Foxgate’s technology purchasing and deployment capabilities, combining the experience and vendor relationships of both organizations to improve turnaround times, expand product availability, and deliver greater overall value to customers.
