Network Health launched From Teeth to Toes, a new statewide health initiative at the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame at Lambeau Field.

Donald Driver, Pro Football Hall of Fame nominee and former Green Bay Packers wide receiver and Super
Bowl XLV champion will serve as the campaign’s statewide ambassador.

The public health initiative, From Teeth to Toes, grew from a personal experience shared by Network Health
president and CEO Coreen Dicus-Johnson and her daughter, Dr. Miranda Peter, a dentist. During a patient’s
dental exam, Peter identified signs of a serious medical concern, reinforcing something health
professionals see every day: what happens in the mouth can provide important clues about and have
implications for a person’s overall health.

“Your mouth is part of your body and taking care of your oral health is an important part of taking care of your overall health,” said Dicus-Johnson, President and CEO of Network Health.

Network Health is inviting Wisconsin residents to take the Healthy Habits Pledge — a simple public commitment to treat oral health as part of overall health by 1) brushing for two minutes every time you brush, 2) floss at least once per day, 3) visit your dental provider and doctor as recommended.

Network Health has already secured commitments from a growing coalition of Wisconsin organizations that
have already taken the Healthy Habits Pledge. Employers, schools and health care providers across the state have also
taken the pledge including:

  • Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee
  • Boys and Girls Clubs of The Bay & Lakes Region
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee
  • Discovery World
  • Marquette University School of Dentistry
  • Greater Green Bay YMCA

From Teeth to Toes will reach Wisconsin communities through television and radio spots, billboards, social media, digital advertising, and a takeover of the Packers app and Packers.com during the games.
