GDC acquires Sheboygan area IT provider

GDC IT Solutions, with a Midwest headquarters in Kaukauna, announced the acquisition of Intrac Technology, an IT Service Provider serving customers in the region for over 20 years.

The acquisition will expand GDC’s IT Service offerings into Sheboygan County and the surrounding region. GDC will maintain Intrac’s office in Cascade. Roger Thompson founded Intrac in 2002.
