If, like many manufacturers, the issue of talent attraction keeps you up at night, a little marketing and brand exposure may help you rest easier.
Insight has a proud 15-year history of helping to boost our region’s brands through events, publications and programs — and two new programs in 2024 are aimed at giving employers the recognition they deserve: Northeast Wisconsin’s Fastest Growing Companies (Feb. 29) and Wisconsin’s Best Places to Work in Manufacturing (July 17).
If your company is on a growth trajectory worth celebrating, apply today for the Fastest Growing Companies recognition and you will not only be featured in the March issue of Insight on Business magazine, but you will also be honored at a breakfast event Feb. 29 at Lambeau Field as we count down the New North region’s fastest growing companies, as calculated by KerberRose, in order. Being able to identify yourself as one of these is a great signal to top talent that yours is a company filled with opportunity.
And if you’re proud of your workplace culture, employee benefits and workforce opportunities, Best Places to Work in Manufacturing is a recognition program that will definitely capture the attention of potential job applicants. There’s no cost to participate in the comprehensive employee survey, which will be conducted by the third-party firm Workforce Research Group, and the companies that earn the best scores will be featured in Insight on Manufacturing next July, as well as honored at an evening event July 17, also at Lambeau.
Placing a “Fastest Growing Company” or “Best Place to Work” seal on your door, on your website and in your email signatures is a great way to stand out from the crowd.
But hurry: The deadline to sign up for Fastest Growing Companies is Nov. 30 at insightonbusiness.com/fastest.
The deadline to apply for Wisconsin’s Best Places to Work in Manufacturing (yes, this is a statewide initiative!) is Feb. 2. Learn more at insightonbusiness.com/bptw.
Celebrating traditions, family and friends is what this upcoming season is all about — but I hope you’ll take some time to celebrate your business successes, too!
Happy Holidays!
