Meet economic development experts from throughout Northeast Wisconsin when Green Bay serves as the host city of Insight Publications’ InDevelopment conference Sept. 17 from 2 to 7 p.m. at the KI Convention Center.
“InDevelopment has been showcasing the efforts of economic developers in the New North for the past 15 years. It’s amazing to see how our region has evolved in the time,” said Brian Rasmussen, publisher of Insight Publications. “The conference is a must-attend for anyone invested in the prosperity of our region.”
There will be panel discussions and opportunities for networking and meeting with economic development leaders from around the 18-county region of the New North provide information on development opportunities and projects in their respective communities.

Renier-Wigg and Deputy Development Director Matt Buchanan will lead discussions on several of Green Bay’s recent economic development successes and plans including the JBS housing development and the Shipyard and Rail Yard developments.
In addition to the city’s developer briefings, Brian Johnson, president & CEO of On Broadway, Inc., will deliver a keynote presentation on the forthcoming Green Bay Public Market which is expected to draw 1 million visitors annually and generate more than $100 million in nearby development when it opens spring 2025.
Manny Vasquez of Pfefferle Companies will also lead a panel discussion on the state of industrial and commercial real estate.
