There is a local saying, “Keeping the green in Greenville.” While Greenville has abundant agricultural and natural vistas, it also provides opportunities for business and residential developments. Located a few minutes west of I‑41 near Appleton, Greenville is ideally located in the Fox Valley region.

Greenville has seen renewed interest in the business park (Tax Incremental Financing District #1 area). Many new businesses are opening their doors in Greenville, including financial services, dental, recreational and light manufacturing companies. Ultimate Fusion, an indoor gymnastics center, and Westhill Dental recently opened new buildings. Because of attractive tax incentives and an ideal location, Closet 1 Interiors, Forbo and Black Haak Heating and Cooling, Inc. chose Greenville when considering new building expansion plans.

Greenville has expanded TID #1, and the Greenville Village Board authorized construction of streets and utilities to provide service to nearly 200 acres of commercial and industrial zoned land. The proximity to several major highways, including STH 15 and STH 96, and Appleton International Airport makes the area perfect for service, warehousing and manufacturing companies.

Recreational opportunities and the local school district make Greenville attractive for residential development. Greenville has several subdivisions that offer wooded or creekside lots perfect for “keeping the green in Greenville.” Greenville has over 220 acres of parks and recreational areas that host a variety of community events including outdoor movies, Fright Night in the Park and a hot air balloon rally. The Catfish Extravaganza is a locally popular festival that hosts headliner musicians and fun for the whole family! Enjoy a peaceful walk on our growing 8‑mile trail network or get your bike out to enjoy picturesque farmland scenes. Greenville is a welcoming community with amenities to live, work and play.
