Wisconsin Lakefront Property Management, in partnership with Duquaine Development Inc., broke ground on Serenity Lake Apartments in the town of Sheboygan.

The first phase of the development will include 120 apartments. Serenity Lake Apartments will feature a one-acre lake, professionally landscaped grounds, and a walking trail. Residents will be able to choose from fourteen floor plans, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

“Serenity Lake Apartments reflects our belief that home should be more than a place to live—it should be a place where people feel connected, comfortable, and inspired by their surroundings,” said Eileen Robarge, founder and Chief Visionary Officer of WLPM. “We designed this community to blend modern apartment living with natural beauty, creating an environment where residents can truly thrive.”

One of the defining aspects of the development is WLPM’s commitment to a “Sheboygan County First” philosophy.

“We believe great communities are built by great local partners,” Robarge said. “As we have with recent developments including Whispering Oak and Ashford Place, we have intentionally sought opportunities to engage local businesses, contractors, and skilled trades throughout the development process. Investing in local talent strengthens the regional economy while creating a deeper connection between the community we are building and the people who call Sheboygan home.”

Construction begins immediately, with the first apartments anticipated to be completed in early 2027.
