Bayland Buildings hosted a groundbreaking Nov. 1 for Larsen Orchard Terrace, a new development at Centennial Centre Business Park in Hobart.
The 4-story apartment complex will span 129,484 square feet and will offer 66 units with underground and surface parking for residents.
In addition to the apartments, the first floor will include retail space.
Completion projected for spring 2026.

Centennial Centre at Hobart got its start in 2008 when the village purchased 350 acres of farmland and designated a 603-acre area as a planned development district zone.
The village has since made strides in an effort to create a walkable central business district that would serve its rapidly growing population.
