The village of Harrison is developing its first business park, Crossroad Business Park, after purchasing 25 acres near County Highway KK and State Highway 55 for $850,000.

The parcel includes 13 lots ranging in size from three-quarters of an acre up to 5.5 acres. The lots are available to purchase for $35,000 per acre.
“The village has accepted three letters of intent for new commercial development already, which is very exciting, said Assistant Village Manager, Chad Pelishek, “and our engineer, McMahon Engineers & Architects, has released a bidding package for the installation of the utilities and roadway on Quest, effective Aug. 12.”
Pelishek said he anticipates construction to begin this year. He said the is visible from the nearby highways which have an average daily traffic count of 7,200 vehicles.
