High School Girl’s Leadership Conference announced

New Sage Strategies announced the expansion of the Women’s Leadership Conference by introducing the High School Girl’s Leadership Conference.

The conference is scheduled for Oct. 3 at the Resch Expo in Green Bay.

“I am thrilled that the Women’s Leadership Conference has expanded to include the creation of the High School Girl’s Leadership Conference. CESA 7 is proud to support this extraordinary event as we champion the empowerment and growth of young women in our community,” said Renee Jadin-Rice, Director of Learning Services, Cooperative Education Services Agency (CESA)7.

Vicki Updike, is the founder of New Sage Strategies and the Women’s Leadership Conference.

“The challenges that professional women encounter begin in our teenage years,” Updike said. “Ongoing research highlights the critical issues of belonging and self-esteem negatively affecting our teenage girls. Our responsibility as leaders is to guide the next generation towards becoming healthy, empowered adults.”

The High School Girl’s Leadership Conference is a half-day event from 8 a.m. to noon tailored for girls ages 14-18. The program will feature engaging sessions, workshops, and keynote presentations from experienced leaders and educators. The complete conference schedule will be announced at a later date.

Registration is just $50 per student. The High School Girl’s Leadership Conference is made possible and subsidized through the generosity of grants and corporate sponsorship. Sponsorships are still available, and those interested should contact vicki@newsagestrategies.com.
