A collaborative program between the Innovation Lab and the Alliant Energy Foundation called Catalyst Grants aims to help nonprofits build capacity for the future.
Catalyst Grants provide nonprofits with access to strategy, innovation and organizational development support. Selected nonprofits will receive Innovation Works sessions ranging from one-day strategy experiences to extended engagements supporting organizational growth.
The program is designed to help nonprofits address needs such as:

Strategic planning and organizational alignment;Â

Operational and process improvements;

Sustainable funding and revenue strategies;

Program innovation and community impact expansion; and

Leadership and board engagement.Â

Nonprofits interested in participating in the program are encouraged to apply by May 1. Applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating within a community served by Alliant Energy.
