New hires

Prevea Health welcomed orthopedic hand surgeons Joanie Columbia and Daniel Williams, as well as fellowship-trained urologist Nicole Alavi-Dunn, now caring for patients in Green Bay. Prevea also welcomed Krista Radish to its team of primary care physicians and providers at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Prevea Oconto Falls Health Center.

Galloway Company, Neenah, announced Annika Galloway has joined the company as communication and public relations manager. She is the fourth generation to join the organization. In addition, Luke Gambaro has been hired as beverage sales director.

Michelle Weber recently joined the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as chief financial officer and will oversee the finance, database operations, human resources and information technology functions of the organization.

H.J. Martin and Son welcomed Jared Zalewski and Miles Yanda to its team. Zalewski joins the warehouse team as a delivery driver, and Yanda joins the floorcare division as a technician.

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh welcomed Michelle Rector as director of Hyde Family Community Center. The Hyde Family Community Center is part of the club’s $18 million expansion and is expected to open in February.

Expert Real Estate Partners welcomed new agents Deanna Van Thiel, Alec Mueller and Rileigh Ostrom.

Northern Sky Theater announced that Sophie Widman has joined the company as marketing director and events coordinator.

The SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic welcomed Richard Rosenberg, a board-certified gastroenterologist, to its 420 E. Division St., Fond du Lac location.

Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists has added Michael Harper, a board-certified interventional sports medicine/physical medicine and rehab physician, to its team in Green Bay.

ThedaCare leaders announced Jenny Nikolai is joining the organization as vice president supporting health care services at the new community hospital campuses in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh.

Fox World Travel announced the appointment of Robert Tokar as global sales director.

Woodward Community Media announced Otis Day is the newest addition to its talent lineup on 95.9 KISS FM. Day took over weekday mornings from 5 to 9 a.m.

The Graystone Consulting Green Bay office has added Melanie Graff as a financial advisor.

Endowment Wealth Management, Inc. has added Christopher Platten, who has more than 25 years of public accounting experience.

Gov. Tony Evers announced his appointment of Nicole Ziebell to serve as Marquette County Register of Deeds. The appointment fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Bette Krueger, effective Jan. 2. Ziebell will serve for the remainder of the unexpired term that ends Jan. 5, 2025.

GLC Minerals has announced that Edward Van Poucke has joined the firm as chief commercial officer, leading sales and marketing efforts.

The Wisconsin Indigenous Economic Development Corporation announced the hiring of Kaycee Wayka as tribal human resources consultant. Prior to joining WIEDC, Wayka served as the director of operations at Woodland Financial Partners and as the human resources manager for the Wolf River Development Company.

Luke Schulte joined Bank First as vice president – business banking.


Promotions

H.J. Martin and Son announced the promotion of Brice Triphan and Theresa Freeman to project managers. In addition, Jared Miles has started a new position as residential measurer in the company’s residential division.

Lakeshore Technical College has named Meredith Sauer its new vice president of instruction. Since joining Lakeshore in 2005, Sauer has held the roles of instructional assistant, instructor, career pathways coordinator and dean of multiple divisions.

Secura Insurance promoted Kristin Heiges to vice president – marketing and Logan Jaklin to vice president – actuarial services. Heiges started with Secura in 2010; Jaklin started in 2013.

Omni Glass & Paint, LLC announced the promotion of Matt Petersen to the role of general manager of contract glass.

Festival Foods announced the promotion of Crystal Seiler to vice president of finance. Seiler joined Festival Foods in 2020 as finance director with more than 15 years of experience.

ThedaCare leaders announced the promotion of Joshua Prostek to vice president of ThedaCare At Work.

Executive Vice President of Ahern’s Northern Wisconsin business Grant Nadler became a shareholder and member of the board of directors at J. F. Ahern Co. effective Jan. 1.


Awards

Foundations Health & Wholeness, a Brown County-based nonprofit, announced its 2023 Ethics in Action Award recipients: Maria Plascensia, for her honorable work with Casa ALBA; Andrea Fanta, owner of Fanta Real Estate and Soul Purpose, for her work with the creation of the Mommy AF community; and Don Snyder, vice president and general manager for Lamar Advertising of Green Bay, for rallying a community to help fundraise for Aspiro.

Hager, Dewick & Zuengler, S.C. announced that attorneys Ryan Krumrie and Bridget Erwin were named to the 2023 Super Lawyers list and that attorney Emily Ames was selected as one of Wisconsin Super Lawyers magazine’s Rising Stars for 2023.

The Clintonville Area Foundation’s 13th annual Community Hero award was presented to Clintonville Food Pantry Director Dave Schmidt.

Werner Electric Supply, Appleton, announced Mike Turowski, residential construction sales manager, was honored with the Rising Star Award from the Metropolitan Builders Association of Greater Milwaukee during its awards dinner in Waukesha.

Menasha Corporation announced that Denise Starcher, vice president and chief human resources officer, has been named to the list of Top Women Leaders of Wisconsin for 2023 by Women We Admire.


Board appointments

Gov. Tony Evers has reappointed Fox Cities Chamber President and CEO Becky Bartoszek to the Council on Workforce Investment. This council is the federally-mandated entity under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act that assists the governor in developing innovative and dynamic approaches to develop Wisconsin’s workforce.

The Green Bay Botanical Garden recently appointed Greater Green Bay YMCA CEO Sean Elliott to its board of directors.
