A succession plan has been announced for Stewart’s Heating & Cooling, Oconto, by founder Scott Stewart. Lisa Carey-Hirst, TJ Bickel, and Steven Stock Jr. will lead the business. Carey-Hirst has been part of the Stewart’s family since 2017. Bickel joined the team more than two years ago as a field technician and previously owned his own business. Stock brings more than 12 years of technical field experience in the HVAC industry.

Johnsonville announced plans to add about 100 jobs in Wisconsin after it notified 274 workers at its Momence, Illinois packing plant it was closing the facility. The new jobs will support fresh sausage production the company is transferring to its Watertown and Sheboygan Falls facilities.
A ribbon cutting was held at MilliporeSigma’s new production facility in Sheboygan Falls. The facility produces MilliporeSigma’s Hi-Flow Plus Lateral flow membrane, which is used in rapid diagnostic test kits for infectious disease testing (COVID-19, HIV, influenza, malaria, etc.), as well as in women’s health, biomarker detection, drug testing, food safety and animal health.

Construction
Keller, Inc. has been chosen as the architect and general contractor/builder on a 4,850-square-foot school addition and remodel building project for Zion Lutheran Church & School in Greenleaf and on a 23,075-square-foot warehouse addition building project for EuroPharma, Inc. (Terry Naturally Brand) at 955 Challenger Drive in Green Bay. The company also was selected for an 8,400-square-foot PEMP building addition project for G&G Machine, Inc. at 1801 Progress Way in Kaukauna.
AT&T has been selected to expand AT&T Fiber to 618 residential and business locations in the Village of Egg Harbor as part of a nearly $3.7 million public-private project.
Bayland Buildings was chosen as the general contractor for a 3,630-square-foot remodel of Vital Care in Green Bay and as the design build general contractor for a new 23,060-square-foot facility for DSD Transport LLC in Denmark. Bayland Buildings recently completed a 1,560-square-foot project at Sara’s Artisan Gelato in Bellevue and held a ribbon cutting for a new 9,800-square-foot emergency services building in the town of Silver Cliff.
McMahon celebrated the design and completion of a new pedestrian and golf cart bridge along Road America’s front straight. It replaces a decades-old structure that was limited to foot traffic.

Faith Technologies Incorporated has been awarded a Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health for the fourth consecutive year by Mental Health America.
Phoenix-Aid, an Oshkosh-based firm that has developed a patented nano-composite dressing for chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, is the grand-prize winner of the 22nd annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest.
SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital is one of 19 hospitals and medical centers recognized by UW Organ and Tissue Donation. SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital was given an Excellence in Tissue Donation Award, which recognizes partner hospitals that achieve at least a 66% authorization rate from families when asked by care teams about organ donation. St. Agnes is among 339 hospitals in the U.S. with a central line associated bloodstream infection rate of zero.

Grants
Rennes Group announced a $2,500 donation to Safe Driving Matters, a nonprofit organization founded in memory of Mackenzie “Kenzie” Jo Leeman, a former Certified Nursing Assistant at Rennes Health & Rehab Center–Appleton.
SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital has donated $3,900 to the City of Ripon Parks and Recreation Department to support the Community Yoga/Chair Yoga and Yoga in the Park programs. SSM Health also donated $10,000 to Fond du Lac Literacy Services and $10,000 to the Boys & Girls Club of the Tri-County Area.
The Wisconsin Public Service Foundation donated $150,000 to the Green Bay Public Market.
Education
The M&M Area Community Foundation awarded scholarships totalling $174,340 to students across Marinette and Menominee counties.

Goodwill of North Central Wisconsin recently celebrated the six interns who graduated from its Project SEARCH site at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh.
