KerberRose Technology, the technology division of KerberRose, has been acquired by Sprinter IT, a long-time accounting client of KerberRose and provider of business, technology and security solutions based in Wausau.
The sale was completed Sept. 3 and includes KerberRose Technology team members, clients and assets.

Sprinter IT was founded in 2009and specializes in managed service provider solutions, phone systems, data cabling, surveillance systems, and more, which can be found at sprinterit.com. The business has more than 50 employees.
