Lakeshore College will host its 4th Annual Ag Discovery Day Feb. 21, at the college’s Cleveland Campus Agricultural Building, 1290 North Ave.

The free event, recommended for ages 9 and older, invites individuals to explore the world of agriculture through interactive, hands-on learning stations led by experienced agriculture professionals.

Ag Discovery Day offers participants the opportunity to learn essential livestock care skills, including newborn care, physical examinations, colostrum management, and the identification of common illnesses. The event is designed to be fun and educational, culminating in a friendly team-based competition with prizes.

Attendees will rotate through multiple stations featuring demonstrations and instruction from veterinarians, ag educators, and farmers. These experiences aim to deepen understanding of agricultural science and animal care while inspiring future career interest in the agriculture sector.
