The Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, in partnership with the UW-Green Bay Cofrin School of Business, invites workplace members across all industries to complete the 2025 Leadership Horizons Survey.
The survey is open to everyone currently in the workforce, regardless of industry, years of service, role or leadership level. Participants can share insights on leadership challenges, career advancement, work-life balance and workplace culture.
Findings from the survey will directly inform leadership training, mentorship programs and career development initiatives offered by the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership, ensuring that these efforts are built on real experiences, not assumptions. Results will also be made available to Institute members.
The survey is completely anonymous and takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete. It will remain open through March 31, and can be accessed at the Schreiber Institute for Women’s Leadership web page.
Participants are encouraged to complete the survey on a laptop or desktop for the best experience and to share the survey link with co-workers and colleagues.
