Construction
Keller, Inc. is the architect and general contractor/builder on the following projects: a 4,400-square-foot addition building project for Milltown Paper Inc. in Neenah; an 11,900-square-foot, ground-up ABA treatment facility building project for STRIVE Behavioral Solutions in Shawano; a 1,950-square-foot interior renovation project for Goodwill NCW in Howard; an 18,400-square-foot building project for Toy Shed Storage Complex in Waupaca; a 3,000-square-foot interior building renovation project for Switchgear Power Systems LLC in Winneconne; a 3,264-square-foot retail building addition project for Country Pride Meats in Clinton; a 17,452-square-foot building project for Faith Technologies, Inc. in Appleton; and an interior building project for Dupon USA in Green Bay.
Bayland Buildings completed the following projects: a brand-new, 9,700-square-foot office for Johnson Financial Group in the Fox Cities; a 5,530-square-foot addition for Good Shepherd Parish, Chilton; and a new, 5,700-square-foot, two-story office space for Vickery Village in Suamico. In addition, Appleton Harley-Davidson has selected Bayland Buildings as the general contractor for its new 75,265-square-foot retail facility.
Mosaic Family Health has opened a new clinic in downtown Appleton that provides a full range of medical care for patients. Mosaic partnered with Hoffman Planning, Design & Construction, Inc. on the planning and design of the new 31,000-square-foot clinic. Hoffman also announced that two of the firm’s facility projects designed and constructed to achieve net zero energy have been completed. Holy Wisdom Monastery in Madison and the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael Dominican Convent in San Rafael, California now generate more solar energy on site than they consume over the course of a year.
ThedaCare Medical Center-Fond du Lac opened in April. The campus is 25,000 square feet with an estimated $35 million investment. Construction partners included Hplex Solutions as the owner representative; HGA as the architect and engineer; Miron Construction Co., Inc. as the construction manager; and the Sigma Group as the civil engineer and landscape architect.
W.E. Hoban Company broke ground at the Grandview Industrial Park in Green Bay, where it is constructing a $28 million new facility that will open in 2026.
MAC Dental opened a new clinic on East River Drive in Ledgeview. The new clinic replaces two prior locations. Immel Construction served as the contractor, and Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc. as the architect on the project.
Fox Cities Builders will partner with Clayhill Custom Cabinets & Millwork on its upcoming expansion project. The new addition will include office space, a cabinet and countertop showroom, and a design area for selecting samples and planning projects.

The Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay awarded more than $78,000 during its winter grant cycle.
BayCare Clinic Foundation awarded a $101,570 grant to Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin to enhance access to mental health care, focusing on marginalized communities and reducing wait times for treatment.
The Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau awarded a Tourism Development Grant to help fund the installation of “Last Light Neenah,” an immersive video mapping project in downtown Neenah led by Future Neenah, Inc. Grant funds were for the acquisition and installation of video equipment and programming.
The Moraine Park Foundation has received a $100,000 gift from Horicon Bank in support of the West Bend Campus equipment campaign, specifically contributing to the Manufacturing, Automation and Robotics Lab.
The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation awarded $341,800 in grants during the Funds for Greater Green Bay winter grant cycle. The awards support the work of 35 nonprofit organizations and initiatives in Brown, Kewaunee and Oconto counties.
