BizTimes Milwaukee reported that an affiliate of Menasha-based insurance brokerage firm McClone Insurance has purchased an office building in the Bishops Woods Office Park in Brookfield for $2.7 million, according to state records.
The building, called Bishops Woods West II, is a three-story, 43,676-square-foot building located on a 3.4-acre site at 150 N. Sunny Slope Road. It was built in 1979.
Tenants in the building include Wisconsin Early Autism Project and the headquarters for Applied Tech.
McClone Insurance currently has a Brookfield office at 13040 W. Lisbon Road, in a multi-tenant building north of the Milwaukee Tool corporate headquarters.
