MSA Professional Services, Inc. has acquired ME3 Consulting Engineers, LLC, a Sarasota-based company specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services.
Founded in 2007, ME3 leads projects across diversified markets including commercial, educational, retail, faith-based, healthcare, and hospitality.
This acquisition strengthens the firm’s MEP expertise throughout Florida and beyond — and complements the organization’s addition of Haddad Engineering, Inc. of Jacksonville, Florida, in 2025.
