Mulva Cultural Center has joined Museums for All, a program that offers free or reduced admissions to museums for low-income visitors.

Entrance to Mulva Cultural Center is free, with paid tickets needed for traveling exhibits and films. Through Museums for All, visitors who receive food assistance (SNAP) benefits, are part of the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program or who have BadgerCare/ForwardHealth can enjoy the exhibits and films at Mulva Cultural Center for free. The program allows entry for up to four people with the presentations of their SNAP, WIC, or BadgerCare/ForwardHealth card plus a photo I.D.

“Everyone is welcome at the Center,” said Marv Wall, president of Mulva Cultural Center. “We don’t want cost to be a barrier for families and individuals to come, experience and enjoy.”

Museums for All was created to encourage people of all backgrounds to visit museums regularly and build lifelong museum-going habits. More than 1,300 institutions participate in the initiative, including art museums, children’s museums, science centers, botanical gardens, zoos, history museums and more. Participating museums are located nationwide, representing all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
