Neenah Foundry will pay a $200,000 fine to settle claims of violating environmental laws.

The Wisconsin Department of Justice alleged 18 violations against the plant on Brooks Avenue in Neenah.

The company was accused of failing to to maintain and operate air pollution control devices and monitors, inadequate recordkeeping, and failures to report deviations from permit requirements to DNR.
