New Land Development, which developed the NOVA project in downtown Green Bay, plans to build a 25-story condominium tower in downtown Milwaukee, according to BizTimes Milwaukee.
The 226-unit luxury condominium building at 701 E. Kilbourn Ave., is across the street from the New Land’s 259-unit apartment tower Ascent MKE, built in 2022.
NOVA opened this spring in Green Bay and includes 269 units of multifamily apartments, townhomes, penthouses and commercial space on the ground floor.
