A new lease is in place for the operation of the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.

The Appleton Common Council approved the five-year deal with Driftwood Hospitality Management, the owners of the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel.

Mayor Jake Woodford says the new lease creates a savings fund for future upkeep of the expo and provides additional revenue streams for Driftwood.
