Wisconsin Safety Council announced the winners of the organization’s 32nd annual Workplace Safety Awards and it includes two New North companies.
Each year, the Workplace Safety Awards honor employers who demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety. This year’s award recipients represent a wide range of industries, company sizes, and communities, all united by their dedication to keeping employees safe on the job.
“These employers set the standard for workplace safety in Wisconsin,” said Wisconsin Safety Council Executive Director Aaron Huebner. “Through proactive leadership, employee engagement, continuous improvement, and more, this year’s winners are making a real difference in the lives of their workers and our state’s culture of safety.”

Award recipients were evaluated by a panel of independent safety, health and insurance professionals based on company safety records, training programs, safety and health leadership, and other accomplishments.
The awards will be presented at the Wisconsin Safety Council’s Annual Conference, held April 13-15 in the Wisconsin Dells.
