New North, Inc. is partnering again with Forward 48 to help connect businesses across Northeast Wisconsin with a leadership development experience designed for emerging and high-potential professionals.
Companies in the New North region will have the opportunity to nominate rising leaders to participate in Forward 48’s six-week cohort program. The experience brings together professionals from diverse industries across Wisconsin to strengthen leadership skills, expand cross-sector networks, and deepen their commitment to the communities where they live and work.
“A pillar of economic development is keeping and developing the next generation of leaders within the New North region,” said Patti Habeck, president and CEO of New North, Inc. “We encourage Northeast Wisconsin companies to consider leveraging Forward 48 as a high-impact leadership development opportunity for their emerging leaders.”
Forward 48’s cohort model brings together emerging and established leaders in a high-trust learning environment where participants engage with experienced executives, build meaningful relationships, and develop practical leadership skills they can bring back to their organizations and communities.
Businesses looking to invest in their leadership pipeline are encouraged to nominate a prospective participant for the spring 2026 Forward 48 Cohort. Standard applications are open through March 16.
