The Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance announced the release of the 2025 All Stars Magazine.
The NEW Manufacturing Alliance All Stars magazine features local manufacturing employees nominated by Alliance member companies. There are also two All Star Mentor award winners that are outstanding examples of employees who strengthen their workforce or provide outreach to schools or the community. The magazine’s online version also includes hyperlinks to three-minute videos highlighting each award winner.
More than 320,000 magazines have reached the hands of students in Northeast Wisconsin high schools and technical colleges, as well as their instructors and manufacturing leaders since the first edition in 2009. A total of 200 manufacturing employees have been spotlighted in the publication.
The 2025 All Stars Magazine cover features Jen, a carpenter at Burger Boat in Manitowoc. When asked what she was most proud of in her manufacturing career she said, “My growth, both professionally and personally. My younger self would be shocked at the skills I’ve learned and responsibilities I’ve undertaken.”
All Star Award winner Katherine, mechanical engineer with Miller Electric enjoys her job because it provides her a challenge and she can help others. “My favorite projects involve directly eliminating a pain point for our customers or production employees,” she said.
2025 All Stars Magazine features winners from the following companies: Burger Boat, Fincantieri Ace Marine, Georgia-Pacific, Green Bay Drop Forge, KI, Miller Electric, Nature’s Way, Nueske Applewood Smoked Meats, Rockline Industries, Titletown Manufacturing and U.S. Lubricants.
The All Stars are manufacturing employees between the ages of 18 – 36 years of age. All Star Mentors can be individuals of any age.
