North Town Partners has been awarded the 2024 Economic Driver of the Year Award by the Sheboygan County Economic Development Corporation.

This accolade highlights their transformative impact on housing and retail development projects across Sheboygan County, setting a new standard for quality and innovation in the region.

North Town Partners has consistently delivered projects that foster vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods, according to SCEDC officials.

Among their notable projects is the Kingsburry Village in Sheboygan, featuring 33 luxury townhomes. Their efforts have also led to new retail opportunities at Memorial Plaza, welcoming stores like Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Michael’s, and Harbor Freight.

Currently, they are developing 70 high-end townhomes in the village of Elkhart Lake, known as Whitetail Ridge, along with the 99-acre North Town Project in collaboration with the town of Sheboygan. This venture will integrate housing, hotels, shopping, and activities.

With $85 million worth of projects underway and an additional $100 million planned for 2025, North Town Partners continues to drive significant growth in the Sheboygan County real estate market.
