NOVA, a luxury apartment development in downtown Green Bay is inviting muralists and street artists to design and paint one of seven inaugural murals for a new Outdoor Mural Gallery.

The murals will transform a passageway between NOVA’s buildings at 215 N. Adams St. into a public art destination in downtown Green Bay, marking the first phase of an evolving mural project. A second phase of proposals is expected to follow in spring 2027.

The request for proposals is open to muralists and street artists, with priority given to applicants who can demonstrate experience creating outdoor, large-scale murals. The NOVA mural committee is seeking proposals that celebrate the downtown Green Bay neighborhood, its cultural vibrancy, the convergence of urban life and nature, and/or the northern night sky, which serves as a central source of inspiration for the NOVA brand.

Seven mural sites are available along the passageway, with individual budgets ranging from $3,000 to $7,200 based on the size of each site. The mural committee may select up to twelve finalists, each of whom will be paid a $100 design fee.
