New hires
The SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic welcomed Andrea Aul, a pediatrician. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic also welcomed Karen Williams, an orthopedics nurse practitioner, to its 421 Camelot Drive clinic in Fond du Lac and welcomed Rachel Klepps, a pulmonology nurse practitioner, to its 420 E. Division St. location.
Capital Credit Union announced the following new hires: Robert Belter, vice president of finance; Denee Mott, vice president of cash management; and Sam Telin, collections supervisor.

Tammy Graf was recently named executive director of Dogs2DogTags, the Sheboygan Falls-based organization that saves at-risk, rescued or donated dogs, trains them and places the dogs with deserving service members who have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder or other mental health issues.

United Way Fox Cities named Mary Downs as interim executive director following the resignation of Peter Gianopoulos. Most recently, Downs was president and CEO of Catalpa Health, a mental health agency for children in the Fox Valley.
Maribeth Achterberg was named The Boldt Company’s new chief information officer and a member of the firm’s executive team. Achterberg most recently served in leadership positions at Molson Coors Beverage Company. She has held similar roles at Johnson Controls, Schneider National, Sodexo, Verity Management Solutions and Knowledge InterSpace.
The Potawatomi Business Development Corporation announced that Kip Ritchie has been named chief executive officer. Ritchie is a member of the Forest County Potawatomi Community and has worked with PBDC since its founding in 2002. His most recent roles have included interim CEO, chief operating officer and president of Greenfire Management Services — a PBDC subsidiary company.
Board appointments
Matthew R. Wagenson of Bear Creek recently began a three-year elected term on the Wisconsin Soybean Board. Wagenson represents District 7, which includes Brown, Calumet, Door, Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Shawano, Vilas and Waupaca counties.
Promotions
The Wisconsin Herd, NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, has named Arte Culver as the third general manager in franchise history. Culver joined the Bucks organization as director of basketball operations for the Herd in July 2019 and was promoted to assistant general manager in 2021. In addition, the team has hired Joe Wolf, Tony Bollier and Chris Copeland as assistant coaches while Lance Harris will join as video coordinator and Omar Mance as player development assistant.
Insight Creative, Inc., a marketing agency based in Green Bay, announced the promotion of Brian Brost to the position of director of business development.
Lakeshore Technical College has named two new deans. Rachel Kroeplien is dean of applied technology and economic development. Chris Schatz is dean of health and human services, a role he previously held from 2017 to 2021. Kroeplien joined Lakeshore in 2015 as an agriculture instructor. In 2020 she moved into the role of senior flexible instructional design coordinator. Schatz’s accomplishments at Lakeshore include leading efforts with area high schools and health care facilities to provide opportunities for students to take college-level health care courses.
