Fox Cities Builders hired Jeff Pistone as commercial pre-construction manager.

Kristy Bloedow joined the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region as a database specialist – grants, processing grant and scholarship transactions. In addition, Stefany Murillo has joined the Community Foundation as accounting and payroll senior associate.

Progressive Converting, Inc., Appleton, announced the appointment of Claudio Muñoz as vice president of innovation, sales and marketing.

Graystone Consulting Green Bay has added Christine Spencer as vice president, financial advisor and family wealth advisor.

Expert Real Estate Partners hired new agent Thomas Otis.

Prevea Health welcomed Britney Wenig, a board-certified podiatrist caring for patients at the Prevea Sheboygan Medical Office Building and performing surgery at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan. Prevea also welcomed Diana Lopategui, a fellowship-trained urologist caring for adults in Green Bay; Long Nguyen, a board-certified family medicine physician caring for patients at the Prevea East De Pere Health Center; and Megan Butler, a board-certified family medicine physician caring for patients at the Prevea Plymouth Health Center. Prevea Orthopedics and Sports Medicine welcomed Alan Shamrock, a dual fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon.

Woodward Community Media announced the addition of co-host Laura Lee to the 105.7 WAPL morning show. She comes to WAPL most recently from Columbus, Ohio, with an earlier radio stint in Milwaukee.

Emplify Health hired Bob Pepper as vice president of growth and execution.

Bellin College appointed Morgan Fuller as its new vice president of advancement.

Lauren Jansen has joined Hurckman Mechanical Industries as an accountant. She brings experience from her recent role at Oconto County Health and Human Services, as well as previous work at Campbell Construction JD, Inc. Alex Zellner has joined Hurckman as a mechanical estimator. He previously worked at County Materials Corporation.

Element, a fully integrated marketing and advertising agency, hired public relations manager Tammy VanDenBusch.

Oneida Comprehensive Health Division hired Alan James, Margaret Hujet and Ken Sakamoto. James, specializing in internal medicine and allergy and immunology, joins the medical clinic team. Hujet is a board-certified physician assistant with more than 15 years of experience in emergency medicine. Sakamoto joins the dental team.

Keller, Inc. hired Jake Leiterman as a project manager and Paul Rizzo as an estimator. Colton Schweitzer, Kyler McPeak, Ean Lovelady and Keaton Labarge have been hired as building craftsmen.

The Oshkosh Chamber hired Sean Fitzgerald as its economic development director and Grace Burdick as its marketing and communications coordinator.

Fox World Travel appointed Kristen Shields as the new sales director for the meetings and incentives team.

Fox Cities Performing Arts Center hired Darby McCarthy as its public relations and communications manager.

Insight Publications, a division of Woodward Communications, Inc., announced the appointment of Angela O’Kray as its general manager. Based in Appleton, O’Kray will oversee all functions of the company’s event, print and digital product portfolio.

Promotions

Acuity Insurance promoted Tim Stokdykto executive project coordinator. He joined Acuity in 2020 as a business analyst and was promoted to senior business analyst in January 2024.

Fox Communities Credit Union promoted Stephanie Delgado to vice president of small business and treasury management. Delgado started at Fox in March 2021 as a commercial loan officer and was promoted to assistant vice president of business services in September 2021.

The shareholders’ committee of Voith Management GmbH has appointed Dirk Hoke as president and chief executive officer of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA, effective April 1.

Fehr Graham, a Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced the promotion of Coleton Lewis to environmental health and safety project manager.

Security Health Plan of Wisconsin, Inc., has named Renee Smith as chief medical officer.

Larry Dietz, general manager at Professional Plating since 2001, will retire from his full-time capacity but will remain on the advisory board. Kerry Behnke has been promoted to general manager. Behnke joined the company in March 1998 and has held a variety of leadership positions. In addition, Jessica Moskow has been promoted to paint coatings manager – e-coat and powder.

Kristin Clements has been promoted to corporate director of safety for The Boldt Company Clements most recently served as the safety operations manager at Boldt.

GRAEF announced Pat Kressin has been named the firm’s new president starting Jan 1. Kressin, a University of Wisconsin-Madison graduate, has been with GRAEF since 1995. Kressin has led business development for the firm in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota and Florida.

Awards

Graystone Consulting, a business of Morgan Stanley, announced that Jake Williquette, institutional consultant in the firm’s Green Bay wealth management office, has been named to Forbes Magazine’s list of Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-In-State.

Jesse Schulz, an SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital physical therapist, and Gretchen Hoffman, an SSM Health Fond du Lac Regional Clinic medical assistant, have been named recipients of the Be Exceptional Every Day Award. Tracey Reinders, SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital Home Care, has been named a DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses winner.

The Hmong Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce named Green Bay-based Christina Thor, Wisconsin Executive State Director for 9to5-the National Association for Working Women, as its Professional of the Year (39 and under) and Christine Vang, owner of Christine’s Pho Bar in Oshkosh, as Professional of the Year (40+).

Marco Gonzalez, corporate energy manager at Waupaca Foundry, has been selected as the Energy Manager of the Year for the Midwest by the Association of Energy Engineers.

Board appointments

Steve Wilkens, Random Lake, was elected to the Wisconsin Soybean Marketing Board for District 6 representing Brown, Calumet, Door, Florence, Forest, Kewaunee, Langlade, Lincoln, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Outagamie, Shawano, Vilas and Waupaca counties.

The Brown County Board of Supervisors recently approved county executive Troy Streckenbach’s appointment of Ann Franz to the Brown County Harbor Commission. Franz is the executive director of the Northeast Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance and has led the organization since its inception in 2006.

Woodward Community Media announced that Jayson Slade has joined the 95.9 KISS FM team for the station’s midday show. He also is creative services director at Woodward Community Media as well as on-field entertainment host for Green Bay Packers games at Lambeau Field and in-game entertainment host for University of Wisconsin-Green Bay men’s and women’s basketball.

Laurie Joyner was inaugurated as the ninth president of St. Norbert College.
