Alex Ysquierdo is the new director of the Wisconsin Supplier Diversity Program. Ysquierdo has more than two decades of experience in the banking sector. Prior to joining the Wisconsin Department of Administration, he worked for the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., Associated Bank, BMO Harris Bank and Summit Credit Union.
Keller Inc. announced the hiring of Craig Hale as a yard material handler, Grant Frazer as a project manager, Kyle Marinoff as a building erection craftsman, Brody Beck as a youth apprentice, Trevor Flease as a talent acquisition specialist, Andrew Hemling as assistant project manager and Todd Runde as a supervisor, all out of the Kaukauna location. Walsworth President Don Walsworth announced that his son, Tripp Walsworth, will be joining the family company. Tripp Walsworth most recently worked as a senior account manager with Lockton, the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage. Walsworth owns a printing facility in Ripon.
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection Secretary Randy Romanski announced that Steve Ingham will begin serving as interim administrator for DATCP’s Division of Food and Recreational Safety.

Matt Wille will join ThedaCare as chief operating officer. Wille most recently served as president and CEO of Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, Michigan. Mark Thompson, current chief operating officer and chief financial officer of ThedaCare, will transition to serve as chief transformation investment officer.
The Sheboygan Common Council approved hiring Casey Bradley as the city administrator, beginning Oct. 23. He replaces Todd Wolf.

Promotions
Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative and the Dairy Business Association announced a pair of promotions to their member services team. Lauren Laubscher has been promoted to member services manager and Alicia Reschke was promoted to member services compliance and regulatory representative. Both previously served as member services representatives covering different areas of the organizations.

The Green Bay Packers announced employee promotions in conjunction with the addition of Maureen Smith to the team as chief financial officer. Awards
Sally Muehlius, a registered nurse, was recognized by SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital for 50 years of service. She first joined St. Agnes Hospital June 4, 1973 and transitioned to Family Birthing Suites on July 4, 1973.
America’s Small Business Development Center announced that Dan Brosman, director of the SBDC office at UW Oshkosh, was included among its national 2023 “40 Under 40”.
The St. Norbert College community honored dietitian Melissa DaPra, associate director of dining services, with the 2023 Exceptional Service Award. DaPra has served the college in dining services for more than 15 years.
Board appointments
Eric Vanden Heuvel, Greater Green Bay Chamber vice president of talent and education, has been elected to serve on the board of directors for the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives — an Alexandria, Virginia-based association of more than 9,000 professionals who work for and with more than 1,600 chambers of commerce. Members of ACCE’s board of directors represent more than 50 organizations.
John Wagner, controller at Miron Construction Co., Inc., has been elected to the Fox Valley Technical College Foundation board for a two-year term.
The Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, a regional not-for-profit providing career services and training grants, announced the election of four board members to one-year terms that began July 1. Laura Biehn of Sargento Foods was elected board chair. Dale Walker of Fox Valley Technical College was elected vice chair. JoAnn Hall of Moraine Park Technical College was elected treasurer. Sarah Pantol of Flash, Inc. was elected secretary. Brian Kaminske of Waupaca Foundry has advanced to immediate past chair of the board.
