Festival Foods opened its 42nd grocery store: a new location in Kimberly. The 77,970-square-foot store will employ about 200 people.
Door County Land Trust announced the completion of three land conservation projects that permanently protect a total of 236 acres. The three projects are an addition to the Hibbard Creek Natural Area, creation of the new Oak Bluff Natural Area and a new conservation easement.
Grande Cheese Company announced a new partnership with the Farmers for Sustainable Food Climate-Smart Program. Grande Producer Partners (dairy farms) are encouraged to participate in the program, which comes at no cost to them, and depending on their level of participation, they receive a corresponding stipend.

Construction
MAC Dental Center broke ground for a new clinic in the town of Ledgeview on East River Drive to replace two existing locations. Immel Construction is the contractor and Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc. the architect. The 7,078-square-foot clinic will be completed in early 2025. Immel Construction also is completing a 7,085-square-foot addition for Tower Clock Eye Center on North Richmond Street in Appleton. It will allow the performance of cataract, glaucoma and cornea surgeries and nearly double the size of the existing facility.
Keller, Inc. is the architect and general contractor/builder on a 4,950-square-foot renovation project for Milwaukee Burger Company at 421 N. Casaloma Drive in Appleton. Keller is the architect and general contractor/builder for an 11,000-square-foot building addition project for Northern Door Children’s Center at 10520 Judith Blazer Drive in Sister Bay. Keller also is the architect and builder for a 3,548-square-foot build-out and alteration project for Fond du Lac Family Dentistry at 145 S. Marr St. in Fond du Lac.

Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport will use a $2 million federal grant to purchase two new pieces of airfield snow removal equipment from M-B Companies in Chilton.
Bergstrom Automotive team members have collectively donated $400,667 to United Way in the Green Bay, Fox Cities, Madison, Oshkosh and Manitowoc communities.
As part of the Touchdowns for Hunger program, Sargento will donate a total of $2,000 for every touchdown that the Green Bay Packers score during the regular season.
The Waupaca Area Community Foundation awarded grants totaling $102,300 to 17 area nonprofit organizations.
The Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region has distributed $3 million in grants to 79 nonprofit organizations in the Fox Valley region of Northeast Wisconsin from the Otto Bremer Trust Community Responsive Fund.
The city of Kaukauna has received a $240,000 grant from the David L. & Rita E. Nelson Family Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region to help replace more than 2,700 feet of boardwalk along the Fox River as part of the 1000 Islands Environmental Center Boardwalk Project.

Fox Valley Technical College and Marian University announced a new partnership to provide a path for students with associate degrees from FVTC to transfer to Marian University with junior status and finish their bachelor’s degrees in two years.
