The Oshkosh Chamber recognized exceptional individuals, businesses, and organizations during its 118th Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony at the Oshkosh Convention Center.

  • Outstanding Chamber Volunteer Award: DTMK Photography Innovations was honored for its dedication and volunteer service to the Oshkosh Chamber. Led by owner and U.S. Army veteran Don Houde, DTMK contributed countless hours documenting Chamber events and supporting community initiatives through professional aerial and photography services.
  • Propel Young Professional of the Year Award: Sierra Skindzelewski received this award for her leadership and impact within Propel Young Professionals and the broader community. As Chair of the Propel Advisory Committee and Manager of Community Outreach and Impact Programs at UW–Oshkosh, Skindzelewski shapes engagement and professional growth opportunities for emerging leaders.
  • Ambassador of the Year Award: Ann Marie Koleske was recognized for her exceptional commitment as a Chamber Ambassador. Koleski actively supports Chamber programs, events, and member connections while serving numerous nonprofit organizations throughout the region.
  • Distinguished Service Awards: The Chamber honored Wayne Youngwirth, Javad Ahmad, and Phil Janes for their leadership and service as retiring Chamber Board members and past Chairs. 
  • Lynne Webster Leadership Award: Megan Lang received this award for her leadership and commitment to placemaking and quality-of-life initiatives.
  • Stephen Mosling Commitment to Education Award: Sadoff Iron & Metal was honored for its long-standing investment in education and workforce development. Through mentorship, school partnerships, and financial support, Sadoff continues to create pathways for students and future professionals.
  • College, Career, and Community Ready Awards: Students Avah Walter (Oshkosh West High School) and Giovannie Haralson (Oshkosh North High School) were recognized for their academic achievement, work-based learning, and career readiness. Each recipient received a scholarship in support of their future education and career goals.
  • Alberta S. Kimball Community Service Award: The Paine Art Center and Gardens received this award for the community and economic impact of The Nature of Light exhibition, which attracted over 40,000 visitors, generated millions in local spending, and strengthened Oshkosh’s cultural and tourism landscape.
  • Horizon Award: Discover Oshkosh was recognized for its forward-looking vision and leadership in marketing, placemaking, and community engagement. 
  • Small Business of the Year Award: Glacier Dental was honored for its commitment to patient care, employee well-being, and community involvement. 
  • Enterprise of the Year Award:L Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) received this award for its economic, educational, and global impact.
